Please arrive 10 minutes early to get ready. Latecomers arriving more than 10 minutes after class starts will not be permitted to join.
Yes, you can reschedule as long as you cancel your booked class 24 hours in
advance. Late cancellations will result in losing your class credit.
Our classes are 50 minutes long. A 50-minute class is sufficient to challenge the body without risking injury or burnout.
Yes! Our 20-class and 40-class packages are shareable with up to 3 people. Perfect for enjoying classes together!
Yes! We have double floors of covered parking, so no need to worry about finding a spot. For the shortest walk to the studio, we recommend parking in the purple zone.
Pilates focuses on core strength and controlled movements; Yoga emphasizes flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.
