Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Tiers
- Glow: RM288/month (5 classes)
- Glow+: RM488/month (10 classes)
- RM35 joining fee (applies on sign-up and rejoin after cancellation)
- Classes include: Reformer, Chair, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Sound Healing
2. Booking & Credit Rules
- Classes valid for 30 days
- Auto-renews monthly via card
- Book via Mindbody App
- Cancel at least 24 hours before class
- Late cancellation/no-show = credit deducted
- Late arrival (10+ min) = no entry + credit deducted
3. Commitment & Cancellation
- 3-month minimum commitment
- Cancellation only after 3 months
- Must submit request 7 days before next billing date
- Early termination fee: RM150 (Glow) / RM200 (Glow+)
4. Freeze Policy
- Freeze allowed upon request with valid reason and proof (e.g. MC, travel)
- Must be submitted in advance via WhatsApp
