1. Eligibility
· The Loyalty Program is open to all active clients who purchase and renew eligible group class packages (All In Package & Mat Group Class Package).
· Cashback is only applicable upon package renewal and is not valid for first-time package purchases.
· Some previously held packages may also be entitled to cashback. Please refer to the list on the next page under “Existing Package” for details.

2. Cashback Bonus
· Clients are entitled to a cashback bonus of up to RM120 on their next All In Package or Mat Group Class Package renewal.
· The cashback amount will be credited or deducted from the renewal package price.
· Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and strictly limited to use on the eligible group class packages.

3. BOOST Reward (Every 3rd Renewal)
· Every 3rd consecutive renewal will be entitled to an extra BOOST on the cashback bonus.
· After the BOOST is awarded, the renewal count will reset, and the cycle will begin again from the original cashback amount.

4. Renewal Cycle
· Renewals must be made consecutively (without skipping packages) in order to qualify for the BOOST reward.
· If a client discontinues their package or exceeds the grace period for renewal, the cycle will reset.

5. Redemption Process
· To redeem cashback, clients must WhatsApp us at +6012-8188076 to claim their reward.
· Cashback can be applied in two ways:
     · Deducted directly when making payment in the studio, OR
     · Applied online via a unique promo code (MindBody Web).
· Promo codes are valid for 1 month from the request date. Expired promo codes will not be reissued.

6. General Terms
· The Loyalty Program is valid only for the All In Package and Mat Group Class Package.
· Cashback bonuses and BOOST rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless stated otherwise.
· The studio reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
· In the event of any dispute, the studio’s decision shall be final.
