Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow for easy movement. Avoid loose clothing, as it may get in the way during exercises. Grip socks are recommended for better stability.

For best results, we recommend practicing Pilates 2–3 times per week. Consistency is key to improving posture, strength, and flexibility.

Mat Pilates uses body weight and minimal props to strengthen the core and improve flexibility. Reformer Pilates involves specialized equipment with resistance to enhance strength, control, and alignment.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to get ready. Latecomers arriving more than 10 minutes after class starts will not be permitted to join.

Yes, you can reschedule as long as you cancel your booked class 24 hours in
advance. Late cancellations will result in losing your class credit.

Our classes are 50 minutes long. A 50-minute class is sufficient to challenge the body without risking injury or burnout.

Yes! Our 20-class and 40-class packages are shareable with up to 3 people. Perfect for enjoying classes together!

Yes! We have double floors of covered parking, so no need to worry about finding a spot. For the shortest walk to the studio, we recommend parking in the purple zone.

Pilates focuses on core strength and controlled movements; Yoga emphasizes flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.

Comfortable, breathable clothing. Fitted clothes work best for Pilates; stretchy pants for Yoga. Bare feet are ideal.

We provide mats and equipment. For warm classes, bring a large towel for your mat. For
machine classes, grip socks are required.
